Portal Cranes

Portal cranes are versatile lifting solutions suitable for both open and enclosed areas. Commonly used in open spaces such as steel stockyards, container storage areas, marble quarries, ports, and shipyards, they are also effective alternatives for indoor operations within factories.

With no need for structural building support, portal cranes provide an economical and practical solution. We offer Single Girder and Double Girder portal crane options, as well as custom configurations incorporating monorail hoist systems. Cranes can be easily controlled via push-button pendants or remote controls.

Depending on the area of use and client requirements, portal cranes are manufactured in three main types:

Double Girder Gantry Cranes
Double Girder Gantry Cranes are ideal for heavy-duty industrial operations, offering unlimited capacity and size options. These cranes provide higher lifting heights compared to single girder systems and are suitable for open yards as well as factory interiors. Single Girder Gantry Cranes

Their lower cost and efficient production make them a popular choice across industries like workshops and machine manufacturing. These cranes can be manufactured with or without overhangs and easily adapt to both indoor and outdoor spaces.

Semi Gantry Cranes
Semi Gantry Cranes are designed to utilize unused spaces like factory yards by integrating with building facades. One side operates like an overhead crane on girders, while the other moves on the ground like a gantry crane. This cost-effective and practical design ensures safety and functionality, making it an efficient choice for optimizing workspace.
